Credit card required to complete your reservation (no debit cards) and Proof of full coverage insurance

Where is your address?
Our office is at 120 Plaza Dr, Pigeon Forge. We are open every day from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Do you offer any discounts on your UTV rentals?
If you’re booking for a large group, give us a call for exclusive rates.
Book your UTV at least 8 days in advance and get 10% OFF with the code EARLY8 at checkout.
Are car seats allowed?
Yes. If your child uses a car seat or booster seat in your personal vehicle, we suggest using one in a SXS too. It will help them stay comfortable and enjoy a better view throughout the ride.
Do you have enclosed UTVs?
Yes, our enclosed UTVs come fully equipped with heat, air conditioning, windshield wipers, a premium sound system, and power windows in the front with roll-down windows in the back to keep you comfortable in any weather.
Do all passengers need their own seat?
Yes — each passenger must have their own seat, regardless of age. Lap sitting is not permitted under any circumstances, including for babies and toddlers
Should I book in advance or can I reserve the same day?
You’re welcome to book the same day if we have UTVs available, but we definitely recommend booking ahead — especially on weekends or busy days. It only takes a minute to reserve online, and it makes check-in super quick and easy when you arrive.
How many people can ride comfortably?
We offer 4 and 6-seater UTVs, so you can choose the size that fits your group best.
What’s the process for booking a street-legal UTV?
It’s simple:
- Book online through our website
- Sign e-forms on -or- before arrival (i.e. waiver of liability, etc.)
- Check-in on the day of your rental
- Receive a quick safety and operating briefing

Are the vehicles in good condition?
Absolutely. All our UTVs are high-quality, street-legal vehicles maintained to the highest standards for safety, performance, and cleanliness.
Can I just show up and rent a UTV?
Yes, however UTV/SXS rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure availability, we highly recommend booking in advance.
What do I need to rent a UTV?
A valid credit card and drivers license is required as well as full coverage auto insurance. You also must be 22 years of age to rent a street-legal UTV. Off-Road Pigeon Forge will hold your credit card on file via Peek incase of an accident if there are damages not picked up by our renters Insurance (or for the deductible).
Your credit or debit card must match your photo ID and auto insurance.
Can I off-road my street-legal rental?
No. Our street-legal UTVs are for on-road use only; however – we supply really cool routes on dirt roads that most would need 4×4 to drive on! If our GPS indicates that you are off-road, you’ll have to bring the rental back and there will be no refunds. Renters insurance doesn’t cover off-road use. When vehicles are off roaded, they also incur damage that isn’t reflected in the price to rent. It also cost more to clean the vehicle after it’s off roaded.
What's the minimum age to rent a UTV?
You must be 22 years old to rent and drive a UTV. It’s not up to us with our insurance policy. If someone wrecks or has an accident and they’re under 22, insurance won’t cover it and you’ll be left with the full amount of damages etc. We hate it this way, but we have to adhere to the insurance standards and policies we’ve agreed to.
