The Basics
Most guided utv tours are lame, this one isn’t. Take a 1.5 hr, guided off-road utv tour where you will drive up hills, through creeks, and more. Witness epic views on our private mountain that over looks the mountain range. Yes, your the driver! The beginner – to the expert – you will love this tour! The guys generally like the mud and hill climbs, and the ladies generally like the views and pictures they get to take, and this is fun for everyone!

Kids, Pets, and Age Restrictions
Kids and car seats are allowed and so are pets, you have to be 22 years old to drive with a valid drivers license.
UTV Types
We have 2, 4 and 6 seater UTVs and SXS avaliable. As far as the types of UTVs and SXSs, we have: Razors (RZRs), Can’Ams, Hondas, Yamaha, Teryx and more!

We offer utv tours at 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm (5pm and 7pm in season). We are open 7 days a week.

Price
Most are $299 per vehicle/tour. We do have premium vehicles that range from $329-399. We do not charge per person, but per vehicle. For large groups, call for a group rate. 865-365-4500
Destinations
We have a 350 acre private mountain where we have over 10 miles of action-packed trails. We have what we call a million-dollar-view, which over looks the entire Smoky Mountain mountain range. Our off-road park is 25 minutes outside of Pigeon Forge, in Sevierville, TN.
Address
We give our guests the address to our off-road park after booking online, over the phone or at our main office. Our main office is located in Pigeon Forge at 120 Plaza Dr, Pigeon forge, TN 37863 (again this is not our off-road park address.) To be clear, the address is not given out unless you book 🙂

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the original reservation date to be eligible for a full refund.
If canceled within 7 days of the reservation date, no cash refunds will be issued, but the reservation will be eligible for store credit or a date/time change, subject to availability.
Street Legal UTV Rental FAQs
The Basics
Rent a street-legal UTV (aka a SXS) and take it to the national park, through Downtown Gatlinburg and even over into Cherokee, NC. We offer the most road-legal destinations out of any UTV Tour company and a wide range of rental times.

Is there an option to ride as a passenger?
Yes! We offer a “Ride With a Guide” option for guests who prefer not to drive. You’ll ride as a passenger in one of our UTVs driven by a professional guide. It’s a perfect option for families, younger guests, or anyone who just wants to sit back, relax, and enjoy the Off-Road Adventure without the responsibility of driving. You have to be 22 years old with a valid drivers license and a matching credit card and auto insurance to rent. Kids, car seats and pets are welcome too!

We have 2, 4 and 6 seater UTVs that are to be used in the National Parks, dirt roads and on the street for a self-guided UTV Tour. We have a wide variety of UTVs, open and enclosed: Can’Am, Polaris, Honda and more!

Price
The price for these units are based on the number of hours/days, not people (or per person). Its a 2 hr rental minimum, which starts at $169. You can rent a UTV for a full 24 hrs for $499. You can even rent a UTV for up to a week! For large groups, call for a group rate: 865-365-4500
Destinations
We offer the most destinations out of any UTV rental company, to name a few: Cherokee NC, Cades Cove, and Greenbrier. A link is also sent out after your booking with many more, or if you are more of a paper map kind of person we offer those in office by request.

Are car seats allowed?
Yes, car seats and booster seats are available. Bring your children along for the ride for either our street-legal UTV rentals or an off-road tour.
Do you have enclosed units?
Yes, we have enclosed units with heat. Regardless, we will help you stay warm.
Do I need to book in advance or make a reservation?
It would be ideal if you booked in advance and would speed up the process for your rental 🙂 It’s super easy to book online through our site. Off-Road Pigeon Forge uses the top tourist booking software that most others in the industry use, which will make it super simple on the both of us. What’s involved with booking a street-legal rental?
Here’s what’s involved:
- Book online
- Sign e-forms on -or- before arrival (i.e. waiver of liability, etc.)
- Check-in on the day of your rental
- Receive operational instructions on your rental

Can I just show up and rent a street-legal renal?
Yes, you can show up and rent a powersports rental -IF- units are available. It’s best to book well in advance.

**Our off-road park has a different address we only hand out to those who book.
What do I need to be able to rent?
A valid credit card and drivers license is required as well as full covarage auto insurance. You also must be 22 years of age to rent a street-legal UTV. Off-Road Pigeon Forge will hold your credit card on file via Peek incase of an accident if there are damages not picked up by our renters Insurance (or for the deductible).

Can I off-road my street-legal rental?
No. Our street-legal units are for on-road use only; however – we supply really cool routes on dirt roads that most would need 4×4 to drive on! If our GPS indicates that you are off-road, you’ll have to bring the rental back and there will be no refunds. Renters insurance doesn’t cover off-road use. When vehicles are off roaded, they also incur damage that isn’t reflected in the price to rent. It also cost more to clean the vehicle after it’s off roaded.
How old do you have to be to rent?
22 years old to rent and drive a street-legal UTV, It’s not up to us with our insurance policy. If someone wrecks or has an accident and they’re under 22, insurance won’t cover it and you’ll be left with the full amount of damages and etc. We hate it’s this way, but we have to adhere to the insurance standards and policies we’ve agreed to.
What is a side-by-side?
A side-by-side (SXS) is a Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV) that’s typically 800-1000 cc

Do I have to wear a seatbelt?
Yes, you have to wear a seatbelt in accordance with the law.
Do you have to have riding gear?
No, it’s not necessary, but you can if you’d like and if it makes you feel more comfortable. In the summer, summer clothing is fine. In the fall, a light thermal is recommended under your normal clothes. All our units have biki tops and DOT windshields to keep the elements off you.
Will I get dirty?
It all depends. If it’s dusty out on the dirt roads, you may, especially if you’re following someone. If it’s rained during the week and the dirt roads aren’t dusty, not really. If it rains, you may get wet. Each unit is equipped with a biki top and a front windshield to cut down on the elements and to provide additional safety.
